Magical recipes For Life

Toni's magick

I stood one day and had pondered long and hard on the negative events of the past.  Yet I knew that whatever I asked the universe to provide it would.  This was astral magick and as I looked at a situation I realised I would give only the positive, best thoughts to the imagined and perfect outcome.  I sent light love and energy focus to great things.  It lifted me and my life to a platform of utopia and happiness and that is where I wanted to be.

Police your mind and everything is yours.

As above so below and as within so without.

Your life the perfect reflection of your thoughts.

We are of the Old Ways - those who walk with the Goddess and the God.
Keep the Sabbats and Esbats to the best of your abilities.
Harm none.
Those of our ways are kind to ALL creatures.
Create joy.
Teach only what you know to the best of your ability. Teach not to boost pride and teach only those who will use the knowledge wisely.
Keep the Law close to your heart.
"Pray to the Moon when she is round. Luck with you will then abound. What you seek for shall be found, On the sea or solid ground

Apply this code for Spiritual well being

The Power shall not be used to bring harm, to injure or control others. But if the need rises, the Power shall be used to protect your life or the lives of others
The Power is used only as need dictates
The Power can be used for your own gain, as long as by doing so, you harm none
Use not the Power for prideful gain
Ever remember that the Power is the sacred gift of the Goddess and the God, and shall never be misused or abused

Magick can be as simple or as complicated as you choose.  Some of the fun is in the ritual.  It is actually the witches choice how much or little she influences outcomes.  When beginning, It is advisable to ask for divine intervention.  The words "With harm to none and with divine will let this be done".  simply to avoid negative Karma.  Cause and effect.

What you send out comes back to you.

My thoughts on life are that some of our darkest moments will show our greatest strengths.  Therefore I am very selective as to what I interfere with.  Before any magickal exercise it is very advisable to consult the oracle.  Be sure of outcome.

If you did a spell for a job and got it, great.........but what if this was not your destiny and you avoided a much better opportunity by working your magick.  Therefore, Magick is one of the last things a witch will learn, since clairvoyance, communication, tarot, and charting the other worlds comes first.

When the timing is right, the teacher will come.

The Goddess will direct all matters. The Power is hers to give and to take away.

Remember, if you involve yourself in negative magick your power will be short lived.

Use your knowledge well and to the greater good of all concerned.

Scott Cunningham is a great author.  Look for his books on crystal and metal magick and herb craft.

Spells need to be accompanied by the single most important ingredient for absolute success.  "Belief".  Without it they will surely fail.

blessings.

However much you think you know it is part of our path to Learn constantly.   Everything around you has a vibration, so to know magickal correspondence, symbols and their meanings will assist in your workings.

The Witch's Sign

The Witch's Sign above is used in some witchcraft and Wicca traditions to mark ritual tools. While it is similar to the solar cross, its exact origin is unknown. The mark is similar to the Roman numeral thirteen and it is thought that the Witch's Sign may represent a coven of thirteen members .

Ankh

The Ankh is an ancient Egyptian staff sign or god staff symbol or glyph that also functioned as a hieroglyph to symbolize reproduction, sexual union, life, and the zest for life.

Unicursal Hexagram

The Unicursal Hexagram symbolizes the union of the man with the divine. This six-pointed star represents above and below, a place where human and divine are One. The Unicursal Hexagram is particularly used by those practicing Thelema and Golden Dawn traditions. While Alastair Crowley always claimed to be the originator of the symbol, research suggests otherwise

Pentacle

A circle around a pentagram contains and protects. In union, the pentagram and circle symbolize eternity and infinity—the cycles of life and nature. The circled pentagram is a passive form of implying spiritual containment of the magic circle, the traditional secrecy of witchcraft. The personal, individual nature and character of the pagan  path.

Horned Pentagram

The Horned God or Mendes Goat, who in Wicca represents the masculine polarity of the universe. The horned god is the archetypal horned Shaman, related to the ancient Gods of vegetation and the hunt: Greek Pan, the Celtic Cernunnos, and the Egyptian Ammon. This symbol is sometimes referred to as the "horn moon," and  is also a symbol of the Goddess Diana,  in Dianic Wicca.

Butterfly

Butterflies symbolize witches and fairies, but also the souls of witches. Butterflies and witches have the ability to change their form—butterflies change in the course of their development—witches allegedly can change at will.

Whatever negative thought comes to mind, try replacing it with a positive outcome.  Train your mind to see something good in everything.

Love spell

( If you need help with spell craft and ritual there are some very good witchcraft sites that list step by step for beginners.)

(You will need to decide the ethics, We merely give you the tools)

You will need a small piece of pink paper and pen.  A bottle of wine. 2 glasses

Some of you will wish to cast a circle first.

You might like to call in cupid!!!

this is a lovely spell for enchantment and nice on Valentines day.

You should share the wine only with your intended.

Write the name of your lover on the piece of tissue along with your name.

say the words  Your name and mine

Our two hearts entwine, The magick begun we are now one.  You are my lover, this blessed enchantment is now for ever.

Put the small piece of paper into a bottle of wine.

Share it and when he drinks say in your mind You sip the wine and now you are mine, intoxicated you'll be and only for me.

visualize him intoxicated with passion for you alone and encourage him to drink.

discard any unused wine into the earth as soon as you are done.

Once done do not speak of it to anyone lest you break the enchantment.

Nice!!!!

I have listed below something's I found.

Dream Pillow

One good way to enhance your dreams is to create a dream pillow yourself.

Get some silk or cotton . Sew it into a pillow shape... any shape you wish. Best colour is blue for this.

Fill this pillow with the following herbs: Cinnamon, Clove, Orris, Rose and Saffron and on some flax seed
add these essential oils: lemongrass, marigold, orange and lemon. Now sew the pillow closed.

For added "power",
in a ritual, pass the pillow over psychic awareness incense made from frankincense, myrrh, Cedarwood and lavender
and while passing the pillow through the smoke visualise yourself waking up in the morning
having remembered all important dreams.

Poppet Magick

A poppet is a representation of a person, usually a small stuffed figure.  Poppets can also be made from wax, clay or wood. Just about anything can be used if you are  inventive enough. You may personalise and  improve the focus of the spell by adding something belonging to that person and adding it to the poppet. A strand of hair, a photograph or even just having their name written on the doll.

A material  poppet could be stuffed with herbs for your purpose, or a wooden poppet could be carved with symbols.

Healing magick is most often performed with poppets, with the person to be healed identified as the poppet. This can be done either for yourself or for another person.

Other types of spells can use a poppet, like love or passion, communication, banishing or protection.

When your spell is complete, you must take the poppet's  identity away before you dispose of it.

*Restore the poppet to its 'NO IDENTITY' state when you are finished.

ALWAYS.

Getting a Job Mojo

To increase your chances of getting hired for a job, fill a green mojo bag with some gravel root on a night when the
moon is waxing.

Seal, consecrate and charge; wear it on a belt or
necklace or carry in a purse or pocket every time you fill out and employment application or go for a job interview.

use a visualisation of being successful in the perfect job,

One chosen by Divinity for your greater good.

Anger Cooling Spell

What You'll Need:

Mint leaves, whole or crushed

Honey

Tea making supplies (water, teapot)

Instructions:
Place 2 or 3 tablespoons of mint leaves into a cup of boiling water. Let your tea steep for 6 minutes. While it's steeping, sit by the cup and breathe in the aroma and steam. Focus on your mood and think peaceful thoughts. Strain out the mint leaves, and add a tablespoon (or more) of honey. Drink the tea, and repeat the words below. Feel your anger cooling down with the refreshing taste of the mint.

Cool my mind, leaves of mint.
Honey, sweeten my intent.
My attitude, you have to change.
Toss heat of anger out of range.

You can do this spell anytime you feel that your temper is getting the best of you

Knot Magick

A typical or traditional knot spell has nine knots, and the words spoken are shown below. You concentrate and focus your energy on your purpose, and repeat each line as you tie each knot. But you could also choose a number of knots to match your purpose, and you can recite your own words as well.

Your magick will continue to work as long as the knots are tied. Once your goal has manifested itself, you should dispose of the cord without untying the knots. Burning or burying it are two options, so long as your cord is made from natural materials. You could also just keep the knotted cord tucked safely away.

Traditional Nine Knot Spell
By the knot of one, the spell's begun
By the knot of two, I make it true
By the knot of three, so mote it be
By the knot of four, the open door
By the knot of five, the spell's alive
By the knot of six, the spell is fixed
By the knot of seven, the earth and heaven
By the knot of eight, the stroke of fate
By the knot of nine, the thing is mine

Scott Cunningham also wrote a book on Magickal food.  It is a great book and when I am cooking, baking or mixing, I will introduce magickal intent and goals into the food.  We bake  prosperity cakes and  drink magickal smoothies.  We also have foods for luck, love and harmony, healing and protection.

Every time you put fruits and nuts on the table it becomes an altar for abundance. Food is joyful, my father used to be a chef and he has taught me adventure in the kitchen and the art of soul food.  Foods to nurture, restore and comfort.  Add a little magick and a sprinkling of this herb and that ...............

just bliss!!
