When I first started the Spiritual Development Group at Flaxley School rooms, I used to go down and set up with a local lady.  I knew there was a particular chill about the place and they had some old toilets out the back, which adjoined a long dark corridor.  On the opening night We had to go in early to set up and as I walked outside to the back cloakroom, I could feel someone watching me.  I looked and could not see anyone but I knew he was there.  The corridor was dark and out of the corner of my eye I could sense a short male and a real chill.  He just wanted to watch me from the darkness.  I collected some cleaning stuff and went about my business, since he didn't want to communicate just watch.

The girl that Used to set up with me also used to clean the hall, but one day came to me and said she wouldn't go down an clean unless I was with her.  I said what's wrong.  She explained that she had seen the ghost of a man and she felt he was there in the hall watching her.  I knew what she had said was true, but I hadn't told her because I didn't want to alarm her and because some people can't see ghosts.

We ran some of the group sessions and the numbers were good some weeks and then they would drop down on other weeks.  I cleanse the area, a circle would go up when we were working and all was fine.  I knew the little male resident would still be there watching but he didn't worry me.  I didn't want to tell the group members because I didn't want mass hysteria or a mass exodus either.  So I monitored it and kept my silence. I actually, found him quite amusing and when on my own in the hall he was company.

Some of the group members did sense him and he obviously has an eye for the ladies because they would come to me and say, they felt a chill around their back or neck.  One woman felt she had been kissed!!!   I explained to the group members that we had a ghost in the hall and we got on with our work.  He didn't like the fact that we ignored him at all and every time I put the music on for our meditation session, The little ghost would turn the volume up!!  Everyone knew it.  And he still does it.  He is quite mischievous if ignored and I have had to talk to him about it. 

Did he take any notice.   Not a bit!!

The Flaxley Group members have been learning to use equipment of all kinds to detect paranormal activity.  Flaxley School Rooms is extremely haunted and it has been good for members to work there.  These past weeks have been great development and fun for all involved.  We have set up beam barriers and had them go off whilst in meditation.  (They were set up in a part of the room near the cd player)  It was probably the spirit who keeps turning the music up.  We also recorded activity on night vision camera's and had several sensitives working to detect movement and enable communication.  Each of the individuals had very eerie experiences.  One woman saw a light then an arm, between two male group members.  One of the males said he felt an injury to his arm whilst communicating with a deceased male. All noted the sound of a woman singing, which could be heard clearly.  We hope we have it on the recording equipment!!!  There was stacks of information which has been logged for verification at a later date.  Why dont you come along and try your hand at it.  We meet every Thursday at 7pm.  Go to the Groups Link.

Small sphere-shaped masses of energy believed to be either the beginning of an apparition or a complete manifestation unto itself. They move on their own at various speeds. Usually invisible to the naked eye, they are the most common anomaly captured on film. However, the majority of orbs in photographs can be explained away by other means such as dust or insects

I spent an evening in the jail with my team members and we had some amazing results.  Look at just some of these orbs.  We caught noise on tape and orbs flying around on film.  It was probably one of the most haunted places I have worked at.  the team members could sense being touched and pulled. Even the parapsychologist couldnt explain some of the goings on. We took a new team member and she kept saying "oh! my God" as she chased the orbs around with her night vision camera.

In the first and second Picture there are just orbs everywhere and I felt them touching my face and hair and body.  In the Third picture Adam has a large orb in front of his face around his chin.  The place had a real chill and I had a sense of sickness.  We were in the torture block and learned that most people there would have had sickness because of the poor food.  In the fourth picture both myself and one of the girl technicians called Rita, could sense a feeling of giving birth and a baby death.  We later learned that two babies were born there and died.  It was bizarre, both of us had labour pains.  In the last picture  we were in one of the cells and if you look closely you can see the orb in front of my nose.  What a place!!!!  And there is so much there.

Not all hauntings are the same.  There are vast differences in the type of spiritual and paranormal entity that might be encountered in any locality.  Most people will feel changes in temperature but one must watch also for changes in mood. 

Just for the moment lets look at Entities.  Defining Entities: Spirits and other metaphysical beings/forces that operate outside of normal space-time universe and matter energy.

Additionally, where magician's have attempted to manipulate reality using their magick, by invoking or conjuring any of the aforesaid beings or forces during ritual.  Lets not forget extra terrestrials also.  They may be in energy form or actually in our reality operating normally.

Some of the more negative entities may actually attach and feed from a hosting human!!!  Let me explain this.  If you move into a space, house, or collect with a group it's a bit like being a net surfer, you can pick up little 'nasties'  What I'm trying to say is you can pick up entity attachments anywhere.  Ever been to a place and come away feeling low and awful!  I'm not saying it is always entity but there are those entities that are hoppers.  Entities can feed on most emotions.  So if the entity resonates with fear, anger, desperation or any other emotion it will be drawn to those who might feed it.  Not only that, it will continue to create that emotion within the person periodically to keep itself sustained.

This is why in certain ghostly areas, people, even mediums, suddenly feel the intense fears, anxieties, or other impact emotions, impressed by the residing entities, ghost or spirits.  In some cases it is not a haunting of an actual spirit but a tape recording of a powerful emotion recorded in a time space or time warp and this keeps playing itself at a certain hour because it's playback time.

When magicians have created an energy entity, if left to wander, that entity will need to collect resonating energy to feed and grow.  Good magician's would call in anything created and only work when their minds are pure.  However, that's in an ideal world.  Negative conjuring may have been practiced by some and their work left to roam and grow and as it does it collects matter and finds suitable hosts. Or it may have been created and directed with a negative purpose in mind.

Extra- terrestrial energy, resonates on a different frequency to our own.  Whilst everything may look normal, one would sense a difference.  This might manifest in a feeling of anxiety, or perhaps a feeling of unease.  Likewise the feeling can be one of overwhelming trust!  Therefore, always monitor any drastic change of feeling experienced at any time in any place or with any person, as they do assume human form.  Use your senses!!!

Clearing would require different methods and some people actually invite entity attack, unwittingly and by self persecution or addiction. Certain addictive habits break down the natural protection we have around the aura.  Those that have had long periods of drink/drug abuse might find that some of their trips are very bad.  Our natural protection keeps the veil closed to the denser realms unless we wreck it. Once the crown protection is depleted the mind may be open to lower spirit communication, which may take the form of fear attacks, negative thought, bad astral experiences, voices in the head or paranoia.

Just as we can channel beautiful spiritual messages, one must be aware that on the lower planes of existence Negativity thrives.  So we must be careful.  Knowledge is a must.

"Poltergeist" comes from the German words poltern, "to knock" and "rumbling spirit". The history of poltergeists can be traced as far back as ancient Roman times. Reports of poltergeist disturbances cite loud noises, lights, smells, physical and sexual assault, telephones ringing, and in general create unexplained disturbances. Some people believe that poltergeist activity is caused by an unconscious form of telekinesis.

Poltergeist activity usually takes place when a particular individual is present - usually, not always, young teenagers at puberty who has emotional problems. A poltergeist is often thought of as a negative spirit attracted to these teenagers. Due to hormonal and emotional changes in the teenager's body, negative energy may be thrust outwardly sometimes moving or destroying objects telekinetically.

Poltergeist activity can cease as suddenly as it started. It can last anywhere from a few hours to a few years.

A poltergeist is widely believed to be an invisible ghost that interacts with others by moving and influencing inanimate objects. Many stories detail objects being thrown about the room, furniture being moved, and even people being levitated.

Poltergeist activity tends to occur around a single person called an agent or a focus (typically a prepubescent).

According to researchers at the Rhine Centre, the "poltergeist effect" is the outward manifestation of psychological trauma.

Another version of the poltergeist is the "wrath version." When a person dies in a powerful rage at the time of death, that person is believed by some to come back to fulfil that vengeance. In some cases, the vengeance is too strong to let go or forgive, and the metaphysical ghost becomes a poltergeist, in which the newly formed ghost can affect solid objects, and in some cases are deadly.

However, there is also the opinion that ghosts and poltergeists are "recordings." When there is a powerful emotion, tragedy, injustice or trauma.

A recording is believed to be embedded into the fabric of time, and this recording will continue to play over and over again until the energy embedded disperses.

Portals are inter-dimensional openings, doorways, star gates, bridges, that transport entities from one reality to another.

Some people say they can travel through physical portals while others move through portals of the mind or consciousness.

In our reality - created by electro-magnetic energies - portals are disruptions in the grid patterns - which allow us to move between realms. As with all things in our reality, they are in a constant state of change. Portals open and close.

When one moves through portals - either with the body - or the mind - one moves from grid to grid.

Portals exist at planetary grid points that open and close from one dimension to another, but they can be found just about anywhere. Large, stronger portals, are found in power places, such as the Great Pyramid, Stonehenge, and other sacred sites.

In space - the universe - we have portals called black holes

This links with UFO sightings as space craft seem to move in and out of our reality through inter-dimensional portals.

Just as we are aware that there are other dimensions in which entities exist - we come to understand that there is movement between these dimensions through portals.

In metaphysics we are drawn to sacred sites as places of initiation to help us awaken the information we cannot access in our physical bodies  why am I here now? what is my path'  The answer to that is encoded within each of us.

Planet Earth works at a slow vibratory rate or third level of consciousness. There are times in our lives when we travel through portals to experience beyond third dimension - such as dream time, meditation, etc. where there is no time nor space - just faster moving experiences in a faster frequency. It is there we gain access to information of higher knowledge.

We all experience portals, though most of us are not aware that they are there.

They open and close at various times for different reasons - few portals remaining open all the time. They vary in size and shape.

People use various techniques to find portals

- A mirror or window may be a portal.

- A door or wardrobe.  Or where a door has been before and no longer exist in our reality.

Though they are usual seen in the 'white light haze' some ghosts can manifest in colours or rays of light. The colours depend on the frequency or vibration of the ghost.

Animals are more aware of ghosts as they can see and hear in higher frequency than we can.

All ghosts are spirits that have lived in physical form at some point. The reasons why they haunt areas vary. Ghosts of pets and other animals have also been seen.

Ghosts have personalities usually similar to that which they had when they were in physical manifestation When a person dies it does not mean they will become instantly enlightened. It takes many incarnations of clearing and healing.

Ghosts sightings have been reported in most parts of the planet. Some of the most popular places they haunt are sacred burial grounds, which should have been left untouched, cemeteries, sacred/power sites, Native American reservations, places where there are strong magnetic fields, places of religious worship, caves, places where acts of violence occurred, taverns, theatres, ancient ruins, castles, and perhaps even in your home. Many people see ghosts of departed loved ones in their home.

Many people see ghostly apparitions but never tell anybody for fear of ridicule. This comes from fear or ignorance. Ghosts are not to be confused with angels, Spirit guides, ET’s, nature spirits or other entities from higher realms.

Earth changes cause shifts in our weather patterns and magnetics. As a result this leads to dimensional merging. Therefore it is easier and easier for ghosts and other phenomena to be experienced in our reality.

Crop Circles - formations, usually found in grain crops, where the crop has been mysteriously found laid flat, in patterns, that did not exist in daylight the previous day.

Although thought by many to be a phenomena of the 20th Century, crop circles and formations have been around for a very long time, and records even date back well before the invention of the camera.

The most well known positive depiction of a crop circle is found in a woodcut made in 1678 with the title 'Strange News out of Hartford-shire’.
It depicts a devil-like creature cutting out a pattern in a crop with a scythe.
The woodcut has text, which told of a greedy farmer, who, having refused to pay a mower a reasonable rate for reaping his oats, swore that he would rather have the Devil do the work. The very following morning, the farmer awoke to find his crop had been harvested, but done so in such an amazing manner, with rounded circles of incredible exactness that no human could have done the same within the period and darkness of one night. The farmer was so afraid that he could not enter the field to collect his harvest.

What do we know!!

Although evidence for the UFO phenomenon seemingly stretches far back in history, the modern phenomenon began with a large number of sightings by the military during World War II. Termed "foo-fighters," these were followed in 1946 by reports from Sweden of "ghost rockets" and, in 1947, with reports from the USA of "flying discs" or "flying saucers." Since then, the phenomenon has been reported almost continually from all parts of the world, with sighting totals numbering well into the hundreds of thousands. While most have been identified as natural phenomena-stars, meteors, etc-or man-made devices such as airplanes and balloons, 5% to 10% of all reports are not so easily discounted, even after proper investigation by qualified individuals. These are the unidentified flying objects (UFOs) or unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP)-the heart and soul of the mystery.
