Meditation and visualisation can be extremely beneficial. The feedback from students and organisations is always positive.. Some of the courses are self esteem building and empowering.  Others have been used for stress relief and relaxation.  Courses are designed for the group need.  I have designed courses for employees wishing to de-stress.  I run courses in Adult Education Colleges for Power thinking and more recently a popular course has been 'Meditating with Crystals and Angels'

Creative visualisation is the art of focus in Meditation.  Meditations are guided for a purpose.  The objective is a feeling wellbeing for the participants.  Meditation can be designed to achieve most things.  i.e. confidence, self esteem issues.  De-stress and pain relief.  With creative visualisation the mind can be virtually reprogrammed to think differently.  It is proven that those who meditation have a more balanced outlook.  It also affects the aura which will change in meditation and become more defined and colourful.  With methods of visualisation one can transform their life.
